My 10 favorite hotels in NYC!

Okay guys - one of my most requested questions on social media is “what are your favorite hotels in NYC?”. That’s such a loaded question and depends on so many factors like your budget, what area you want to stay in, etc etc! So I’ve rounded up my favorite 10 hotels in NYC for all budgets! So lets get into it!

The newest hotel in the Lower East Side located in a restored bank, 9 Orchard is truly stunning and refined. If you want to be downtown but want a bit of Uptown luxury while still having that cool downtown vibe, this hotel is for you. The hotel bar is truly so sexy and the restaurant is fabulous.

Nine Orchard

An iconic Lower East Side hotel, the Ludlow Hotel is in the center of all the action. This hotel is effortlessly cool and has an incredibly cozy lobby.

A boutique hotel that’s often overlooked in the heart of Soho is The Broome Hotel. It’s such a peaceful oasis with a stunning courtyard. This hotel is the perfect romantic getaway! You can’t beat this location!

The Rockaway hotel is definitely not what you think of when you think of a NYC hotel, but it’s the perfect little weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life while being an hour subway ride away. This hotel is truly so beautiful! They have 3 restaurants and a pool. It’s also a block away from Rockaway beach. Rockaway Beach Hotel

If you’re traveling solo or want an affordable option without sacrificing location, style and amenities, CitizenM is perfect for you! The rooms are small, but the hotel has great common areas and a stunning rooftop bar with incredible views of the city! Perfect for a friends or family trip!

A great trendy affordable option if you’re traveling light or solo! The rooms are TINY, but they have everything you need! There’s a Blue Bottle coffee shop attached to the lobby that’s the perfect spot to do some work. The location is A+++!

God forbid you need to stay close to Times Square, there are really only 2 great hotel options…. The Time Square Edition and The Knickerbocker. The Edition is truly the definition of understated luxury. The hotel is a true oasis in the craziness of Time Square. Also, this hotel smells INCREDIBLE!

Time Square EDITION

This 1906 landmark building has been transformed into a gorgeous 5 star hotel. The rooms are large (for NYC) and updated, they have 2 great restaurants and a great rooftop bar overlooking the craziness of Time Square. I’d recommend this hotel if you’re in NYC for a weekend planning to see a couple Broadway shows and want a chic spot to stay.

If you’re wanting to make Williamsburg your NYC home during your stay, my personal fav hotel is The Hoxton! While the rooms are small, the hotel is beautifully designed, has great common areas and attracts a fun young crowd. They also have Laser Wolfe on their rooftop, an incredible Israeli restaurant! The views from Manhattan are amazing from the rooftop! The William Vale is a close second… Especially in the summer with their pool.

1 Hotel Brooklyn is a sustainable hotel located on the water in Dumbo with insane views of downtown Manhattan. It also has a TINY rooftop pool (the photos are deceiving lol). They’re also pet friendly!

1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge

Want the same hotel as the one in Dumbo but near Central Park? This is your spot! This property is smaller than the Brooklyn location but is 1 block from Central Park!

Have quite the budget? The Mark Hotel is my favorite luxury hotel in NYC! Yes, more than The Plaza! Everything here is immaculate. They have a Jean-Georges restaurant on site, an incredible bar and it’s a half a block from Central Park! This spot is perfect for a romantic getaway, luxury trip or just a way to treat yourself!
